I love this book, it has so many good tools to help guide me through the fear that has always paralyzed me in my life. It showed me that there is a way out of the "locked up place" fear can take me too and that there is hope and life after fear. This is a wonderful book for anyone to read old, young, fearful or not, it's funny and informative.

My Best Friend Fear is an excellent inspirational book that I very much enjoyed reading. It helped me to realize there are ways to manage my fear as well as how it affects my life. Miss Mae gives some great advise and showed me that through God I can mange anything. I really like the idea of a “God Box” to put my worries into as well. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who feels overcome by fear or just needs some techniques or inspiration to lead a happier life.
