Impressive! I must say that this is the most helpful and informative book I have read in a long time. It has opened my eyes to see what I had been over looking for a very long time. I have a lot of bad habits and I have wanted to break them for years but never really felt that I could. After reading this and being shown how easy it can be I have a new outlook on on life. Really worth recommending!

I've read several different books on how to use your habits to direct the course of your life. This book stands above many others in that arena. Let me give you a great quote from the book:

This is a very interesting book on how to break bad habits.Every human being has a weakness and some habits that you need to break and replace them with some good habits because no man is perfect. This book gives you golden steps and tips on how to break these habits permanently in a very simple way. The book is very clear and easy to understand and has no jargons that may be hard to understand.More over the author gives examples and clearly explains how to overcome by giving out the obstacles,possible excuses, a plan and this is very helpful as it gives you directions on how to rectify the habit.It is a well written and detailed book.
