Holley Kelley has a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a Master’s in Gerontology. She is also a Credentialed Professional Gerontologist and hosts workshops on latter-life issues and advance-care planning, writing and officiating funerals, and providing end-of-life consulting. Though much of her work is about life’s inevitable destiny, her focus is always about living your best life NOW! Holley lives with her family in northern Alabama. She has been a life-long equestrian; and when she has leisure time, she enjoys trail riding and exploring the beautiful area terrain on horseback.

No more fear to regarding final affairs

Exceptional book on planning your life and death! No, she does not tell you how to die, but she does share how to get your affairs in order with minimal fuss and maximum comfort. The book is in workbook style allowing for immediate capture of your information contained in one place. Kelley has left no stone un-turned. This book is for all baby boomers to plan for their lives.More importantly, it is written for aging parents. It provides a kind and gentle way to approach the subject of getting your affairs in order. I wish I had this information when planning for my mother, however I am glad I found it for my family.

A Unique Life Planning Tool

This is a Wonderful book! Written in a warm, witty and engaging fashion, this book helps you think about all the issues related to passing from this life but at the same time, it helps you think more about how to live life. I originally read it with the intent of making sure I had "covered all the bases" for end of life issues relating to my elderly mother. It definitely helped me meet that goal. But more interestingly is that I started really thinking about what other kinds of things my mom might want to address. And then I started considering what sort of legacy I wanted to leave for my children. Reading through the book is like having a wise, witty and compassionate friend talk you through the essentials of living and dying.

Just what my family needed.........

This book came along when our family was burdened with the planning for our father. The direction provided helped our large family come together and make the hard-hitting decisions we had to face in a tough time. With no set “leader” among my siblings, we choose to use it as a plan to assure we covered things that were important to us – the included forms are invaluable time saver to keep the family discussions on track.
It was a godsend for us in this time of need.
