I could not put this book down. I was suddenly not alone anymore and found ways to understand behaviors I have as an adult that I knew were not supporting me but did not know how to change. It is so well written and so reader friendly that I will read it again deeper now that I have finished it once.
This book will get you out of your old patterns that are not serving you, help your realize you can change and be happy now.

Timely release of an important book.

This book had a dramatic influence on my personal recovery when I first read it many years ago. What a blessing it is to see it reissued and available again. Thank you Steven Farmer for a very special book dealing with issues that seem to permeate our society even more today than 25 years ago.
