Don't be scared to love yourself

Great book to read. This book is an eye-opener and a self-realization book. You will learn a lot from this book from appreciating yourself, learning your rights, being assertive and most of all improve yourself to a more positive output in life. Nobody can ever help you aside from yourself. Let this book guide you and motivate you to be the person that you deserve. What I like about this book is that the author made it clear, simple and easy to understand. The author illustrated every topic very well

Short book but Great value

short book but good value. not everyone realizes how bad they have it and it's not really their fault. i was in the same situation once and it sucked. i guess that's why i was so interested in reading this book and it was worth it. the author made mention to loving and trusting yourself. One thing which really stuck with me was when the author said "Respect is more important than being liked." the book is a great read and if you think you maybe the office "doormat" then i recommend getting this book.

As a person who usually says yes to any request made to me especially at work then this book has been a useful read and a motivating on into changing my life and learning to no and stop being the doormat that everyone expects. For a short book its very concisely written and gives you all the tips you need to know into how to becoming more positive and powerful. Highly recommended read.
