In this complicated and fast paced times, it is so important to appreciate little things, be thankful and grateful for having them. This gratitude journal is so significant to have. In this journal you have to write everything you are thankful for and grateful for, little and big ones. You will write what happened to you that specific day. You will also rate your level of happiness from 1 being the lowest to 10 being the highest. The advantage of this grateful journal is that, when you look back, you can see that certain things happened to you and you will see and look back to the memories you've been. I really find this so helpful and so necessary to have. I am giving this Gratitude Journal the highest 5 stars because I really appreciate it, it is so helpful to me, and I love it!

When I saw this journal, i was not having second thoughts of buying it. Throughout the day I try to always remind myself to be grateful for all I have. However, there are days where everything seems so messy and busy and even gloomy that I can’t see anything good had happened. I know this is not true because there is always a bright side in every undesirable circumstance. This journal will help you to sit down and ponder and write all the things that make you grateful and happy about your day. This little activity for my self is very enriching. I use it as my quite time and it makes me relax. I really like this gratitude journal; I wish I had this long before.
