A must read for all women out there before getting involved with any guy!

This book is backed with wisdom that all women need to read before getting into any relationship with a guy. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and identifying what kind of person I am. I would be classified as the Deep Thinker type listed in this book and it really nailed exactly what I like and what I don't like. The women in my life have seen the positive sides of being involved with a thinker and organizer. However, they also have seen the downsides. Women need to already have an idea of what kind of guy they want and not make a mistake of thinking guys will change if they just hope the best. They don't! Just figure out what kind of guy you want and go for that in the first place!

A fun exercise

This book by relationship expert Eric Monroe seemingly is written for women who want to spot a man’s personality and thus know exactly how to handle him. Being a dude, and not necessarily The Laid Back Dude (one of the personality types), I found it helpful to me, as a man, to get a glimpse of my own archetype. Just to make sure I read some of Mr Monroe’s types to my girlfriend that I recognized in myself. It was quite a fun exercise and revealing to couples.
One of the things I liked about the book was not only the different personality types or traits but the Pros, a listing of how good it is to have The Alpha Male or the Chameleon in your life, but also the Cons, or what to watch out for with The Awkward Introvert or The Deep Thinker and how a man can display more than one type of personality archetype. Who Should Date (fill in the personality type)? and What Does (he) Need From You? are also questions answered by the author. Very good book, revealing and will help a woman figure out what she’s dealing with.

For Men AND Women!

I was a little skeptical getting this book to help me reverse my approach on woman's understanding of men. However, it did help me identity a bit clearer of which type of man I am. This is quite different from the blogs and articles you read online, as this gives you the pros and cons of the type of men. I also learned that if you read between the lines in this book, you see which woman are attracted to you! This book was quite fun for me to read on the train as it takes you away from the seriousness in life. I give it a 5/5 star because of the entertainment mixed into the informative text it gives you :) I recommend this to anyone thats looking for a few giggles, and people trying to understand their characteristics a bit more.
