Absolutely love Color Thairapy! I just finished my first masterpiece, and I can't wait to start a new one. This has proven to be very relaxing and calming for me, and I'm enjoying the experience.

Bravo For Alleccia Bowman and Meredith Estes

This is not just a great book, it's an awesome idea. In a nutshell it's a short easy read with wonderful words and beautiful pictures, but deeper still, it's so much more. As the subtitle says, Relax, Release, and Reflect. I met these authors by happenstance at a frame store and they were having a book signing. Initially it looked like a book for women, but I bought one anyway to support. When I got home I started reading and couldn't stop. I read it twice. I immediately got on Amazon and ordered a few more for my daughter and some of my students.
This book is for anyone. Check this out: "Environment is of little consequence-Blossom in the midst of murkiness! When all around seems dark and gray sprout full bloom anyway. Deep within lies greater power awakening the inner LOTUS flower." inspirational words by Alleccia Bowman complimented by breathtaking illustrations by Meredith Estes, illustrations that you can color, That's right, this is also a coloring book, hence the word Release in the title. I'd love to have my middle school students, in particular girls, that are often a part of so much drama, anger, and conflict partake in the gifts and fruit that live inside these pages. Highly recommended this one is (in my Yoda voice).
