Dr. Stuart's first book, The Audacity of Self: Dare to Put You First, takes the readers through her experiences from brokenness and pain to a life of possibilities. A book that everyone should read!

I was thrilled to have had the opportunity to read a few chapters of this book before it was published, as well as be a personal friend of the author. The book was an easy read and filled with a raw and honest look at her life, particularly relationships with men, how she reflects back, takes responsibility and breaks herself free from the hard shell and victim mentality to the soft and strong authentic woman she is! I love the questions she leaves the reader at the end of each chapter for each one of us to start creating a life that we want to live with more freedom and power.
