Should have known better

Misleading Title. Book contains no exercises to develop self discipline other than the obvious advice to eat healthy, get enough sleep, stick to a routine, and exercise and meditate regularly. Over half of the book seemed like worthless coddling, "I know this seems like it will be hard, but stick with it and it will get easier." and similar drivel. Start exercising your self-discipline right now and DON'T BUY THIS BOOK!!!

Nothing Special, save your money

I read some of these reviews and drank the cool-aid, shame on me. This book offers next to nothing on how to put in place a plan on bettering your self-discipline. I got to the last 20 pages before being told anything of importance and even that was nothing special, but to Meditate, sleep and exercise. I wouldn’t recommend this book to anyone, especially at 9$
