    Where my inspiration comes from…

    Being an old spirit myself, I see inspiration everywhere. In people, architecture and nature. Everything is creatively alive! When I started living from a heart centered life, finally throwing off the old, always living with deadlines life and battling continual stress; I finally found a certain enlightenment. Which pushed me to help others to free themselves from a stress-filled, monkey mind existence. It became important for me to show others how to go into a ZEN state, a state of mindfulness where they can liberate themselves. Freeing others of their daily worries, at least for a couple of minutes. It all starts with a circle and when I enter my meditation state I let the mouse do the drawing.

    Love the Peace Journal!!

    This is a great Journal! I am a beginner at journaling and what I love about the Peace Journal is that it is not just a book full of blank pages. This journal offers a variety of ways for you to express yourself, including coloring and pages to just doodle. It provides instructions and tips for how to get the most out of the Journal which is great for a beginner like me. The Journal is separated into 8 weeks. Each week allows a place for you to journal on your goals, priorities, achievements, even a 'what are you thankful for' page. Important pieces of your life that we don't think about or answer nearly enough but should. The Peace Journal provides a place for you to do just that. At the bottom of every journaling page is a "mindfulness tip" which I love. This journal is more than just a place to write down your thoughts and emotions, it is a place to go to relax, reflect and maybe even find out a little more about yourself.
